    Thanks for reply!
Actually this may be a good way of making our own servos–the power determines the position–provided that there is a tiny spring that keeps the servo always centered when there is no current.

This du pont film is awesome! Pityt one can’t make their own micro receivers :D cuz then there will be no end to the number of small craft variations we can make!

The rudder has about 7 positions I think and its basically driven direction by an electromagnet. Rudder deflection is controlled by the power going to the actuator coil.

The covering is OS film, made by DuPont.

Wow, nice! Is the rudder having 3 positions or it can be turned proportionally/gradually? I wonder if the servo for it is something like simple electromagnet?
What really buggles me is this “celophane”-like transparent plastic: looks so light! what is it?

  24. bronie12345

tip for it going on this guess:
make 2 props that spin in the opposite direction of eachother, but both create torque forward :P

  25. bluecobra95

I’m thinking that the prop spins clockwise when viewing from the wing which would create torque making the plane roll a bit to the left, so the curved rudder corrects this. This is just a guess, but I think it’s a good guess ^.^
